Individual bonus plan is arranged for a particular order or based on a pre-determined agreed volume of turnover for a given period of time. Usually it’s agreed for turnover higher than 100.000,- CZK.
Most achieved individual bonuses are: Executive mobile phones, PDA with navigation and car holder, Multimedia notebook, Plasma / LCD TV sets with 42” etc.
